Pet insurance can help manage pet care costs. We’re happy to provide the documentation needed for claims while keeping your pet’s medical record accurate and complete.

At Revitalizing Pet Care, we write thorough, detailed medical records - not because we're required to, but because it's the single best thing we can do for you if you ever need to file an insurance claim. Complete, accurate documentation is what gets claims approved and paid quickly.

Because of that, here's what you can count on from us:

Your insurer gets the same record you do

We don't create a separate or modified version of a chart for an insurance company.

What's in the record is what's in the record, for everyone who requests it.

We cannot alter, backdate, reword, or omit information in a medical record to affect an insurance claim outcome

This isn't a house policy we made up - it's a matter of professional ethics and, in many cases, insurance law. Altering records to help a claim succeed is fraud, and it puts both your coverage and our license at risk.

If your insurance company disputes or denies a claim, bring us their dispute or appeal form and Dr. Pam will review and complete it

We're glad to help - we'll fill out any additional documentation your insurer requires and make sure our records are formatted as clearly and concisely as possible to support your claim. What we can't do is alter, reword, or add to existing record entries to help a claim get approved.

Once a request has been reviewed and a decision made, that decision is final

We don't conduct further review or reconsider a decision that's already been made.
