Revitalizing Pet Care

Welcome back, friend – we’re so glad you’re here.

Whether your pup is thriving post-treatment, coasting through life with a wagging tail, or still on a path to stability, this next phase of care is designed to meet you right where you are.

If you are an existing client and/or a new client that has completed your initial intake plan (Power to the Puppy™, Whole Dog Wellness™, or Beyond the Diagnosis™), many of our clients choose to step into an ongoing support plan.

On this page you’ll find three options that reflect different levels of support. They’re built to be flexible, smart, and rooted in partnership.

Consistent care for Pets who are doing well – and deserve to stay that way.

Because steady support keeps good pets great

Essential Wellness™ is built for young pets in a stable season of life – no current diagnosis, no big question marks, just a whole lot of living to do. This plan creates a gentle rhythm of in-clinic care and remote support to help us track subtle changes, catch imbalances early, and adjust before things escalate.

It’s proactive care without overcomplication – just what you need to stay on course.

WHAT IS THE ESSENTIAL WELLNESS™ PLAN?

Good health isn't luck – it's a rhythm

A 12-month care plan for your pet’s next chapter – including multiple in-person wellness consults, key lab panels for internal tracking, telehealth check-ins, and “just because” calls to keep us connected between visits.

We designed this plan to feel like a steady pulse – enough support to stay informed and responsive, without overcommitting time or budget.

Here's how it works:

Wellness Milestone Exams

Where small changes get noticed before they become big concerns

This plan offers three comprehensive wellness consultations throughout your pet's year.

These aren't rushed 20-minute visits. They're thoughtful, full-body check-ins where we listen, look for patterns, and collaborate with you on your pet's care plan. You'll get the attention, time, and tracking that long-term health deserves.

Wellness Tracking Labs

The data that tells your pet's story – before symptoms write the ending

This plan includes one IDEXX Functional Panel and one VDI Nutrient Panel throughout your pet's year. These labs help us look wide and deep – assessing organ function, metabolic patterns, and vitamin levels to catch shifts before they become symptoms.

VDI panel options are customized to your pet's needs. Younger pets benefit from Vitamin D + Magnesium, while older pets may need a more advanced panel that screens for nutrient deficiencies, inflammation markers, and cancer risk.

We'll guide you to the right option – and adjust as your pet's needs evolve.

Want to add heartworm DNA testing & prevention prescription? You can bundle it at enrollment.

Stay-On-Track Call

Where numbers become clarity – and clarity becomes action

Once the results are in, we'll meet for a telehealth appointment to talk through them together – what's great, what's shifting, and how we want to respond.

This isn't a lab readout. It's a co-created strategy session to keep your pet's plan aligned and personalized.

Just Because Life Happens Calls

Your safety net for the moments when you just need to ask

You'll have three 20-minute telehealth check-ins to use whenever you need them.

Sometimes your pet does something weird. Or your intuition pings you. Or you just need to run a question by someone who knows your dog's history.

These "Just Because" calls give you quick access when you need it most – no appointment roulette required.

Why We Use Care Plans

Holistic care isn’t a one-and-done kind of thing...

Your pet's body needs time, consistency, and the right support to actually heal.

That's why we work in Care Plans rather than single visits. It gives us the structure to track progress, make thoughtful adjustments, and stay connected with you so your pet gets the best possible results.

Our plans also include the communication, the follow-ups, and all the behind-the-scenes attention that most pets need to truly improve.

When we work this way, we see better outcomes, happier pets, and far less guesswork for you.

Please note that Care Plans are paid in full at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable.

This protects the time and clinical resources we reserve for your pet and makes sure we stay fully committed to their care from start to finish.

Most importantly, it helps create the consistency your pet's healing depends on.

BECAUSE LIFE HAPPENS

What if something comes up mid-year?

Life doesn't always follow a plan – and neither do our pets. If your dog's health shifts during the year, we'll address it together. You can add services à la carte as needed, and we'll adjust your care strategy in real time. Once your plan year completes, we'll help you choose the best next step – whether that's renewing your Essential Wellness plan or moving to a different level of care that better fits where your pet is now.

FOR DOGS WHO ARE THRIVING – AND FAMILIES WHO PLAN TO KEEP IT THAT WAY.

GOOD HEALTH ISN'T ACCIDENTAL.

IT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU STAY CONNECTED,
STAY CONSISTENT, AND STAY AHEAD.

A year of steady support, perfectly calibrated to your pet

Our Essential Wellness™ plan gives you twelve months of thoughtful check-ins, functional insights, and expert guidance – so you can catch the small shifts before they become big concerns, and keep your pet vibrant, balanced, and thriving all year long.

Deep support for the pet whose health is top priority.

Because the best problems are the ones you never have

Whether we’re actively managing a diagnosis, monitoring subtle changes, or simply staying ahead of potential issues – Elevated Wellness™ gives you the tools, testing, and touchpoints to keep your pet healthy and resilient over time.

In our practice, twice-yearly visits aren’t “extra.” They’re essential – because one year in a pet’s life equals 7–9 in ours. Waiting 12 months between exams means missing years of opportunity for early detection and smarter support.

WHAT IS THE ELEVATED WELLNESS™ PLAN?

Premium care isn't optional – it's essential when every year counts

This plan is built for pets typically over 4-5 years of age, pets with a complex health history or chronic condition, or proactive families that want a premium level of support.

It includes two comprehensive consults, expanded diagnostics, flexible lab options, and 5 telehealth calls – two for lab work review and strategy sessions care, and three for "life happens" moments.

Wellness Milestone Exams

Where we partner with you to stay ahead – not just keep up

This plan includes two comprehensive wellness consults throughout your pet's year – each paired with full functional lab work to give us the complete picture. These are in-depth visits to review trends, symptoms, behavior changes, and treatment progress, backed by the data that shows what's happening beneath the surface.

ㅤㅤ

We're not just monitoring – we're partnering to adjust in real time.

Wellness Tracking Labs

Twice-yearly data that catches the shifts most vets miss

Each of your wellness consults includes a full-body functional panel paired with a nutrient-focused screen from VDI panels paired with a nutrient-focused screen from VDI. These labs give us a wide-angle view of your pet's internal health – from organ function and blood chemistry to nutrient levels, metabolic markers, and inflammation patterns.

VDI panel options are customized to your pet's needs. Younger pets benefit from Vitamin D + Magnesium, while older pets may need a more advanced panel that screens for nutrient deficiencies, inflammation markers, and cancer risk.

Heartworm DNA testing is also included (on specified testing days), and we'll provide an Rx through Chewy pending the results to simplify prevention.

We'll guide you to the right option – and adjust as your pet's needs evolve.

Stay-On-Track Calls

Results that come with a roadmap – not just a report

After each set of lab work, you'll have a dedicated telehealth appointment to review your pet's results and create your next steps together. That's two structured strategy sessions throughout the year.

You'll never be left wondering what it all means. We'll walk you through your pet's results, adjust their care plan, and ensure we're supporting both short- and long-term wellness.

Just Because Life Happens Calls

Quick access when your gut tells you something's off

You'll have three 20-minute telehealth check-ins to use whenever you need them. You know the drill – weird poop, shifting behavior, that "something's off" feeling.

These calls give you connection when you need it most, without the stress of trying to squeeze in a visit.

BECAUSE LIFE HAPPENS

What if we find something that needs deeper attention?

Even with twice-yearly monitoring, sometimes functional testing reveals areas that need more focused care. If this happens, Dr. Pam will explain what the results mean and support you with à la carte services as needed. When your plan year completes, we'll map out the best path forward – whether that's continuing with Elevated Wellness or transitioning into more intensive support for a season of healing.

WHEN YOUR DOG NEEDS MORE THAN HOPE – THEY NEED A PLAN, A PARTNER, AND UNWAVERING CARE

Because hope is stronger when it has a plan – and you don't have to do this alone

Beyond the Diagnosis™: Cancer Care is built for our existing patients fighting cancer on our FenBen Trio + Ivermectin protocol – and the families who refuse to give up. This 6-month plan provides consistent monitoring, expert oversight, and compassionate support that off-label protocols require to be both safe and effective.

You're not just treating cancer – you're partnering with someone who knows how to navigate this journey with vigilance, clarity, and care.

WHAT IS Beyond the Diagnosis™: Cancer Care Plan?

Cancer care that requires vigilance – we monitor, adjust, and support you through every phase

This 6-month plan is designed specifically for our existing patients actively on the FenBen Trio + Ivermectin Cancer Protocol. It includes comprehensive exams, critical lab work to ensure safety, flexible telehealth support, and the option to add specialized cancer monitoring panels at discounted rates.

Because this protocol involves off-label medication use, it requires veterinary oversight and a state board-mandated waiver. We take that responsibility seriously – which is why consistent monitoring isn't optional, it's how we keep your dog safe while we fight for every good day.

Here's how we'll work together:

WELLNESS MILESTONE EXAMS

Where we assess progress, catch concerns early, and adjust the fight in real time

This plan includes two comprehensive exams throughout your dog's 6-month protocol. These aren't routine check-ins – they're strategic assessments where we evaluate your dog's response to treatment, monitor for side effects, and make adjustments to keep the protocol working as safely and effectively as possible.

Every exam is a chance to course-correct, celebrate progress, and ensure your dog's body is tolerating treatment well.

CRITICAL SAFETY LABS

Monitoring what matters most – so treatment stays safe while we stay hopeful

You'll receive one CBC (complete blood count) and one Functional Panel Plus to monitor organ function, bone marrow health, and metabolic stability. These labs are scheduled at specific intervals and are non-negotiable when using fenbendazole long-term – they help us catch early warning signs before they become problems.

Because your dog is on the cancer protocol, you'll receive 10% off all required lab work while actively enrolled.

Want to add a VDI Cancer Panel with Vitamin D + Magnesium or additional monitoring? You can bundle these at enrollment for a preferred rate.

LAB REVIEW & STRATEGY CALL

Expert guidance when you need it most – not just when something goes wrong

You'll have one 30-minute telehealth appointment after your Functional Panel results come in – this is where we translate data into strategy. We'll walk through what the labs are telling us, what's working in your dog's body, and how to adjust nutrition, supplements, or supportive care to give your dog the best possible chance.

This isn't just a lab review – it's a roadmap session where we process what's happening, address your concerns, and chart the next phase of treatment together with clarity and confidence.

JUST BECAUSE LIFE HAPPENS CALLS

Quick access when your gut tells you something's off – or when you just need reassurance

Cancer doesn't follow a schedule, and neither do your questions or concerns. You'll have access to three 20-minute check-in calls when something changes, when worry creeps in, or when you just need someone who knows your dog's case to tell you it's going to be okay.

These aren't emergencies – they're the moments when you need a partner who's paying attention.

BECAUSE LIFE HAPPENS

What if my dog's cancer progresses or treatment needs to change?

Cancer is unpredictable, and sometimes treatment needs to shift mid-protocol. If your dog's condition changes, we'll address it together with honesty and compassion. You can add diagnostic imaging, additional lab work, or palliative care services à la carte as needed, and we'll adjust your dog's protocol to meet them where they are.

When your 6-month plan completes, we'll evaluate your dog's response and help you decide the best path forward – whether that's continuing the protocol, transitioning to palliative support, or celebrating remission and moving into wellness maintenance.

Either way, you'll always know exactly where you stand and what your options are.

Frequently asked questions

Ongoing care comes with questions – and we're here to answer them. Here's everything you need to know about choosing, enrolling in, and customizing your Maintenance Care Plan.

Which plan is right for my pet?

Essential Wellness™ is ideal for pets who are generally healthy and stable – typically younger pets (under 4-5 years) or any pet in a steady season of life who just needs thoughtful annual oversight and functional lab tracking.

Elevated Wellness™ is built for pets typically over 4-5 years of age, pets with a complex health history or chronic condition, or proactive families who want premium support with twice-yearly monitoring to catch dysfunction before it becomes disease.

Still not sure? Call us at 214.991.2240 and we'll help you choose the best fit.

How do these plans work with my regular veterinarian?

Dr. Pam works alongside your primary vet, not instead of them. Your regular vet handles acute issues, vaccines, and urgent needs. Dr. Pam focuses on the whole-body, long-term health picture – functional labs, prevention, nutrition, and optimizing vitality.

Can I customize my plan?

Absolutely! You can add extra exams, services, or lab upgrades when you enroll – and they'll be bundled at a preferred rate. Just let us know what you'd like to include and we'll create a customized checkout link for you.

What's the difference between the VDI panel options?

Vitamin D + Magnesium: Best for younger, healthy pets who need foundational nutrient tracking.

Complete Wellness: A more comprehensive panel that includes inflammation markers (CRP), cancer risk assessment, and additional nutrients like folate and B12. Ideal for dogs over 5 years or those with health concerns.

We'll guide you to the right option based on your pet's age, health status, and goals.

Does my plan include heartworm prevention?

Essential Wellness™: Heartworm prevention can be added à la carte as needed.

Elevated Wellness™: Yes! Heartworm DNA testing is included (on specified testing days), and we'll provide a prescription through Chewy pending test results.

What can and can't you do on a Telehealth call?

Telehealth calls are amazing for reviewing labs, adjusting nutrition or supplements, answering questions, and providing guidance on minor concerns.

However, if new health issues arise or symptoms change significantly, Dr. Pam's hands-on modalities – and Texas law – require in-person evaluation for accurate assessment and treatment.

She can provide coaching over the phone, but cannot diagnose or prescribe treatment for conditions she hasn't personally examined.

Can I switch plans mid-year if my pet's needs change?

Plans are designed for 12 months from the date of first use and are non-refundable. However, if your pet's health changes significantly, we can discuss the best path forward – whether that's adding services à la carte or transitioning to a different care approach at renewal.

What if I don't use all my telehealth sessions within 12 months?

Plans are valid for 12 months from first use. We encourage you to schedule your telehealth calls throughout the year to stay connected and maximize your plan's value. Unused sessions don't roll over.

Do I need to live in the Dallas area?

You don't have to be local, but you'll need to travel to our Coppell, Texas clinic for in-person exams and lab work throughout the year.

Per Texas veterinary law, all physical exams and lab collection must be completed in-person. Dr. Pam's hands-on diagnostic methods also require in-person evaluation for accurate assessment.

Telehealth calls work beautifully for lab reviews and ongoing support, but comprehensive care works best when you're able to come in for scheduled appointments.

What if I need to reschedule or miss an appointment?

Life happens! We just ask for at least 24 business hours' notice so we can adjust your spot. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited to protect our limited appointment availability.

You'll receive three reminders before each appointment: an email 5 days out, a text 3 days out, and a text the day before.

View our Clinic Policies for more information.

What happens after the first year?

You can renew your plan annually to keep your pet's wellness strategy up-to-date, or adjust to a different level of care if their needs change. Many clients stay in the same plan year after year because they love the clarity, consistency, and savings.

Can I stay with à la carte services instead?

Absolutely! You're welcome to continue booking services as needed. Just know that current pricing will apply for all visits and labs booked outside of a Care Plan.

Do you use natural remedies instead of traditional medicine?

Dr. Pam blends functional medicine, nutrition, supplements, and intuitive insight with conventional veterinary knowledge. It isn't "natural vs. traditional" – it's the right tool at the right time for your individual pet.

Do you write prescriptions for pharmaceuticals?

We don't prescribe traditional pharmaceuticals. Our prescriptions are limited to select functional medicine medications – such as fenbendazole and ivermectin – that align with our holistic protocols.

Heartworm prevention prescriptions (sent to Chewy) are available for patients enrolled in wellness programs who have completed heartworm DNA testing. Cancer protocol prescriptions are filled through a compounding pharmacy.

Why are Care Plans non-refundable?

Our plans reserve time, clinical attention, and ongoing support for your pet throughout the duration of their care. Because holistic medicine works best with consistency and follow-through, Care Plans keep us fully aligned and engaged in your pet's progress.

We've found pets make the biggest improvements when their families commit to the full process, which is why plans are paid in full and non-refundable.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. When you click 'Enroll Now', you'll have the option to set up a payment plan through Stripe, like Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay (where available).
