Peak allergy season notice (March–August): We do not accept new allergy cases during active flare-up season.
Whether your pup is thriving post-treatment, coasting through life with a wagging tail, or still on a path to stability, this next phase of care is designed to meet you right where you are.
If you are an existing client and/or a new client that has completed your initial intake plan (Power to the Puppy™, Whole Dog Wellness™, or Beyond the Diagnosis™), many of our clients choose to step into an ongoing support plan.
On this page you’ll find three options that reflect different levels of support. They’re built to be flexible, smart, and rooted in partnership.

AVAILABILITY UPDATE!
Because the best problems are the ones you never have
Whether we’re actively managing a diagnosis, monitoring subtle changes, or simply staying ahead of potential issues – Elevated Wellness™ gives you the tools, testing, and touchpoints to keep your pet healthy and resilient over time.

In our practice, twice-yearly visits aren’t “extra.” They’re essential – because one year in a pet’s life equals 7–9 in ours. Waiting 12 months between exams means missing years of opportunity for early detection and smarter support.
This 6-month plan is built for dogs who are stable on the FenBen Trio + Ivermectin protocol and ready for consistent monitoring*

have questions? we have answers.
Ongoing care comes with questions – and we're here to answer them. Here's everything you need to know about choosing, enrolling in, and customizing your Maintenance Care Plan.
Essential Wellness™ is ideal for pets who are generally healthy and stable – typically younger pets (under 4-5 years) or any pet in a steady season of life who just needs thoughtful annual oversight and functional lab tracking.
Elevated Wellness™ is built for pets typically over 4-5 years of age, pets with a complex health history or chronic condition, or proactive families who want premium support with twice-yearly monitoring to catch dysfunction before it becomes disease.
Still not sure? Call us at 214.991.2240 and we'll help you choose the best fit.
Dr. Pam works alongside your primary vet, not instead of them. Your regular vet handles acute issues, vaccines, and urgent needs. Dr. Pam focuses on the whole-body, long-term health picture – functional labs, prevention, nutrition, and optimizing vitality.
Absolutely! You can add extra exams, services, or lab upgrades when you enroll – and they'll be bundled at a preferred rate. Just let us know what you'd like to include and we'll create a customized checkout link for you.
Vitamin D + Magnesium: Best for younger, healthy pets who need foundational nutrient tracking.
Complete Wellness: A more comprehensive panel that includes inflammation markers (CRP), cancer risk assessment, and additional nutrients like folate and B12. Ideal for dogs over 5 years or those with health concerns.
We'll guide you to the right option based on your pet's age, health status, and goals.
Essential Wellness™: Heartworm prevention can be added à la carte as needed.
Elevated Wellness™: Yes! Heartworm DNA testing is included (on specified testing days), and we'll provide a prescription through Chewy pending test results.
Telehealth calls are amazing for reviewing labs, adjusting nutrition or supplements, answering questions, and providing guidance on minor concerns.
However, if new health issues arise or symptoms change significantly, Dr. Pam's hands-on modalities – and Texas law – require in-person evaluation for accurate assessment and treatment.
She can provide coaching over the phone, but cannot diagnose or prescribe treatment for conditions she hasn't personally examined.
Plans are designed for 12 months from the date of first use and are non-refundable. However, if your pet's health changes significantly, we can discuss the best path forward – whether that's adding services à la carte or transitioning to a different care approach at renewal.
Plans are valid for 12 months from first use. We encourage you to schedule your telehealth calls throughout the year to stay connected and maximize your plan's value. Unused sessions don't roll over.
You don't have to be local, but you'll need to travel to our Coppell, Texas clinic for in-person exams and lab work throughout the year.
Per Texas veterinary law, all physical exams and lab collection must be completed in-person. Dr. Pam's hands-on diagnostic methods also require in-person evaluation for accurate assessment.
Telehealth calls work beautifully for lab reviews and ongoing support, but comprehensive care works best when you're able to come in for scheduled appointments.
Life happens! We just ask for at least 24 business hours' notice so we can adjust your spot. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited to protect our limited appointment availability.
You'll receive three reminders before each appointment: an email 5 days out, a text 3 days out, and a text the day before.
View our Clinic Policies for more information.
You can renew your plan annually to keep your pet's wellness strategy up-to-date, or adjust to a different level of care if their needs change. Many clients stay in the same plan year after year because they love the clarity, consistency, and savings.
Absolutely! You're welcome to continue booking services as needed. Just know that current pricing will apply for all visits and labs booked outside of a Care Plan.
Dr. Pam blends functional medicine, nutrition, supplements, and intuitive insight with conventional veterinary knowledge. It isn't "natural vs. traditional" – it's the right tool at the right time for your individual pet.
We don't prescribe traditional pharmaceuticals. Our prescriptions are limited to select functional medicine medications – such as fenbendazole and ivermectin – that align with our holistic protocols.
Heartworm prevention prescriptions (sent to Chewy) are available for patients enrolled in wellness programs who have completed heartworm DNA testing. Cancer protocol prescriptions are filled through a compounding pharmacy.
Our plans reserve time, clinical attention, and ongoing support for your pet throughout the duration of their care. Because holistic medicine works best with consistency and follow-through, Care Plans keep us fully aligned and engaged in your pet's progress.
We've found pets make the biggest improvements when their families commit to the full process, which is why plans are paid in full and non-refundable.
